I had the pleasure of working with director Stanley Nelson on this Emmy-nominated historical documentary for American Experience about the largest mass murder/suicide in history (PBS/2007). As a native of San Francisco, this project particularly resonated with me.

The second film in this series, Workplace Raids, reveals the human face of deportations, and follows the experiences of an immigrant mother who was detained during the 2007 raid at a manufacturing plant in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
